Quality Assurance

The quality control steps followed by us are as follows:-

Visual Inspection of sourced Material

One quality of scraps is bought.
Often brought in scraps include baled wires, baked/loose sheets, turnings, etc.
Before being bought, quality scraps are tested
Chemical composition is tested with a spectrometer.
Secondary quality of our products are being tested.
The storage of raw materials is done in a dry environment.

Finished Goods

Each heat is identified by a batch number, ensuring full back traceability all the way to the raw material stage.
Each heat undergoes a second chemical composition test.
During 30 days, each batch of test samples is retained.
After the ingots have cooled, each batch is color-coded.
All manufactured goods are stored in a dry environment.

Dispatch of Goods

The test certificate for each batch of ingots is sent with the shipment.
Strapping is done in 500Kg quantities if necessary.
During 30 days, each batch of test samples is retained.
